This may include situations involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or errors in customer information. In case of cancellation, refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever feasible or via an alternative agreed method.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are accepted strictly within three (2) calendar days from delivery for unopened, unused, and sealed products in original condition. Exchanges are allowed within twenty-four (24) hours from delivery, provided the product remains unused and sealed. Damaged or defective goods must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours with sufficient evidence. Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed via cash or Fawran. The Company reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the stated requirements. Nothing in this policy shall affect statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in the State of Qatar, particularly in cases of defective or misrepresented products.

We accept payments through Cash on Delivery (COD), and FAWRAN. You warrant that all payment details provided are accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected method. Transactions may be subject to verification checks. The Company shall not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of payment methods where the customer has failed to adequately safeguard their financial information.

SECTION 8 – FRAUD, SECURITY & CHARGEBACK PROTECTION

The Company reserves the right to request identity verification prior to order confirmation. In the event of unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the customer, the Company reserves the right to contest such claims and take appropriate legal action. Customers engaging in fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently restricted from access to services.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to external factors including courier delays, weather conditions, or operational constraints. Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details. The Company shall not be liable for non-delivery, delays, or losses arising from incorrect address information. Risk and responsibility transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.
